2025 MAKE Award
We are proud to announce that Rachel Marsh has been selected as a 2025 Women MAKE Awards Emerging Leader by the Manufacturing Institute — a prestigious recognition celebrating the most impactful women in manufacturing. This award honors professionals who have demonstrated exceptional leadership, innovation, mentorship, and community engagement in their careers.
The Women MAKE Awards Program
The Women MAKE Awards program, part of the Women MAKE America initiative, is dedicated to closing the gender gap in manufacturing by highlighting the influence and achievements of women across all levels of the industry. Each year, over 1,000 nominations are submitted by companies across the country, and a panel of peers selects only 100 Honorees and 30 Emerging Leaders based on their career achievements, industry contributions, and commitment to mentoring future female leaders.
Rachel’s recognition as an Emerging Leader is a testament to her early career excellence and significant contributions to both her company and the broader manufacturing community. As a rising star under the age of 30, she has already made a notable impact by driving innovation, fostering collaboration, and inspiring the next generation of women in manufacturing.
As part of this honor, Rachel will attend a two-day leadership program in Washington, D.C., on April 23 and 24, 2025, where she will engage with industry peers, participate in executive development sessions, and celebrate her achievements at the Women MAKE Awards Gala.
