REVITALIZING A COMMUNITY: MADSEN STEEL WIRE’S IMPACT ON BRONSON, MI
Madsen Steel Wire’s acquisition of a 100,000 sq. ft. facility in Bronson, Michigan, is more than just a business expansion – it’s a revitalization of the community. This move is particularly significant as it marks the first new business to establish itself in this empty facility in Bronson since 2008, bringing with it an influx of job opportunities that will boost the local economy.
Although vacant for 15 years prior, the facility used to be a powerhouse in the Bronson community and employed many. By acquiring it, Madsen Steel Wire has been able to create jobs by hiring from the local, rural community. The facility has been fully transformed into a modern factory equipped with a state-of-the-art powder coating line capable of coating various wire and sheet metal products. The new powder coating line establishes Madsen Steel Wire as a one-stop shop for industries such as bakeries, automotive, lighting, grocery stores, commercial kitchens, and more that require protection for their wire products. It also features 5-stage washing.
REDEFINING WIRE PRODUCTION: NEW TOP-OF-THE-LINE MACHINERY
Madsen Steel Wire is thrilled to introduce two top-of-the-line machines that are transforming how we create precision wire products: the SCHLATTER MG950 and TRUMPF TruBend 3000 Press Brake. These investments represent our goal of delivering the highest quality wire products with the fastest production times.
