Madsen Steel Wire is a wire forming company that specializes in several aspects of industrial design and fabrication:
- Wire fabrication: We work with stainless and carbon steel wire ranging in size from 14-gauge to 1/2-inch diameter to fabricate shelving and racks, literature holders, baskets and more. Wire products such as these offer excellent durability and low weight at a low price point. However, the range of materials and other considerations involved in bringing these products to market requires expert design and engineering services. Madsen Steel Wire can support prototyping and mass-manufacturing applications with support around a range of technical issues.
After our technicians form the initial component, it may need to be powder coated or electroplated in a variety of glosses, textures and colors, or welded together, or undergo further assembly. One of the benefits of working with Madsen Steel Wire is that, because we can perform these and other services in-house, we are well-positioned to identify potential design or engineering problems before they lead to delays.
