Do you offer engineering services?
Yes – our team provides design assistance and prototyping support to ensure your product meets performance, cost, and manufacturability goals. We work closely with you to bring your concept to life.
Do you work with sheet metal and tubing?
We do. In addition to wire forming, we offer sheet metal and tube fabrication capabilities, including MIG and TIG welding, to support fully integrated assemblies.
Can you work with galvanized material?
Yes – we regularly work with galvanized wire and other galvanized materials to meet corrosion resistance requirements. Learn more about the materials we work with.
What can’t you work with?
While we specialize in steel, stainless, aluminum, and galvanized materials, we do not currently work with plastics, exotic alloys, or non-metallic materials.
Do you powder coat in-house?
Yes – we operate a dedicated 100,000 sq. ft. powder coating facility in Bronson, MI, offering high-quality, PFAS-free finishes with fast turnaround times.
What other finishes do you offer?
We offer a range of finishing options including electro-polishing, plating, epoxy coating, and chrome finishes. Let us know your specifications, and we’ll recommend the best fit.

What material do you use?

What size grids come off your mesh welder?
Grid sizing can be customized based on your project. Contact our team with your specs and we’ll confirm what’s possible on our mesh welding lines.
How clean is your powder coat?
Our powder coating process meets ISO 9001:2015 quality standards and is PFAS-free. We ensure a consistent, durable, and clean finish, with rigorous in-process inspections.
